Our BARRE class is a 60 minute "BARRE BOOT CAMP" that guarantees a beautifully sculpted body that is strong, energized and lithe. We use light weights to shape arms, cardio-based barre work to shape thighs and glutes and power up your heart and lungs, Pilates ab work to develop strong, flat abs and all muscle groups are lengthened with appropriately sequenced brief yoga stretches. You will feel your body changing after your first class and you will see your beautifully sculpted physique begin to emerge by your eighth class. Practice a minimum of 3 and a maximum of 6 times a week to attain your perfected physical form. The more you practice, the quicker your results will be achieved. This is a demanding class but worth every minute if you focus on results and it definitely gets easier with regular practice. Strength, endurance, grace and beauty will grow with every regular class taken. Consistency is the key. Men are also welcome to attend this class to achieve a sculpted physique.
