Our GENTLE yoga classes are for both the beginner and for anyone who is looking to release a tight, hard and / or stiff body in a gentle manner. Proper alignment principles are taught so you can move (if you wish) into our Level 2 & 3 classes with intelligence and confidence but you may also choose to simply enjoy what this class has to offer without "moving on." Staying with "LEVEL ONE GENTLE" classes and gently exploring the poses offered in this class provide many with "just the right amount of yoga" needed for their particular needs.

INTRO to Barre Sculpt

This is an entry level class for anyone wishing to learn the basics of barre. Attention will be given to proper alignment to gain the most from a barre workout. This will be a slower-paced class than our regular classes to give participants a chance to understand and internalize barre movement. Regulars are very welcome to attend this class to refresh their understanding of barre basics or simply for a lighter workout.

Barre Sculpt to Perfection

Our BARRE class is a 60 minute "BARRE BOOT CAMP" that guarantees a beautifully sculpted body that is strong, energized and lithe. We use light weights to shape arms, cardio-based barre work to shape thighs and glutes and power up your heart and lungs, Pilates ab work to develop strong, flat abs and all muscle groups are lengthened with appropriately sequenced brief yoga stretches. You will feel your body changing after your first class and you will see your beautifully sculpted physique begin to emerge by your eighth class. Practice a minimum of 3 and a maximum of 6 times a week to attain your perfected physical form. The more you practice, the quicker your results will be achieved. This is a demanding class but worth every minute if you focus on results and it definitely gets easier with regular practice. Strength, endurance, grace and beauty will grow with every regular class taken. Consistency is the key. Men are also welcome to attend this class to achieve a sculpted physique.

This is a Gentle Class that emphasizes deep release of muscle tension as well as deep release of mental and emotional stress. It is a 60 minute "Friday Happy Hour" class that will help you put the ragged edges of your work week behind you and leave you feeling refreshed and renewed for the weekend ahead of you. "Let Go & Let Come" is what we are nicknaming this class.
