Regular attendance in this class will give you a beautifully sculpted physical form that is both strong, alluring and lithe. You will feel it happening when you walk out of your first class and you will see it happening after your third class, (if practiced with a 7 day period). We recommend practicing a minimum of 3 times a week and a maximum of 6 times a week to attain your perfected physical form. The more you practice, the quicker your results will be achieved. This is a demanding class but worth every minute if you focus on results and it definitely gets easier with regular practice. Strength, endurance, grace and beauty will grow with every regular class taken. Men are also welcome to attend this class to achieve a sculpted physique.
